We specialise in providing straight-talking, relevant and dynamic training for business people and students in areas such as copyright, trade marks, retail and consumer law. We also offer temporary or ongoing legal consultancy services.
Training and consultancy are provided by Adam Goldman (LLB), director of Trade Law Matters. Adam trained as a solicitor at Beachcroft LLP and was Head of Legal Services at the Arcadia Group for 8 years.

We provide basic training in key commercial areas of law for people in business through expedio training.
We also run courses for students in higher and further education.
Training for Solicitors and Trainees
We run a seminar for trainees and newly qualified solicitors, focusing on what clients really want from their legal advisers.
In-house interim and project-based legal support is available to cover general commercial areas of law such as contract, intellectual property, consumer law, data protection and disability access issues.
Trade Law Matters is an approved centre for the BIIAB Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders and the Level 2 Award for Designated Premises Supervisors.
