is The Level 1 Award in Responsible Alcohol Retailing is a
new half-day course which ends with a short multiple-choice examination. It is aimed at all staff
involved in the retail sale of alcohol and could be helpful in assisting
companies to establish a due diligence defence in relevant
circumstances.
The BIIAB Level 2 National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders (NCPLH) is both QCA accredited and Government approved, and has been specifically designed to meet the statutory requirements of the Licensing Act 2003. It is a one-day course ending with a 40 question multiple-choice examination. The
National Certificate for Designated Premises Supervisors course provides more detailed training for those Personal Licence
Holders who are, or are to become, Designated Premises Supervisors. It is a one-day course with
